Mid-Level Litigation Associate
Roth Jackson, a mid-size firm with offices in Tysons Corner and Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a litigation associate to join its team.
Roth Jackson’s litigation teams handle complex individual and class-action cases across the country, primarily in federal court, but we also regularly appear in Virginia state courts. The associate will be given as much responsibility as they can reasonably handle, from writing briefs, developing cases with senior attorneys and clients, and appearing in court.
We focus our litigation practice in several areas, including:
- TCPA consumer-protection cases
- FTC consumer-protection matters
- Communications and software matters
- Employment law
- Commercial real estate disputes
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Be licensed to practice in Virginia
- Demonstrate strong writing skills
- Be curious, client-focused, and eager to learn
- Have interests and passions outside the office that help them grow professionally and personally
