Kristin McGrory is a seasoned litigator with over 20 years of civil and criminal litigation experience. She has extensive experience conducting all stages of litigation from drafting dispositive motions, to managing all aspects of discovery and trial, and to arguing before appellate courts. Before joining the firm, Kristin served as a trial attorney in the Department of Justice’s Civil Division where she represented the United States in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including multimillion-dollar government contract disputes, high-profile tort actions, and federal employee class action lawsuits. Kristin also previously served as an Associate General Counsel with the Defense Intelligence Agency where she was responsible for defending the agency and its officials in civil litigation actions throughout the country. Prior to her federal civilian service, Kristin served on active duty for 8 years as a judge advocate in the United States Army. As a judge advocate, Kristin advised senior military officials, prosecuted felony crimes, and represented soldiers accused of crimes at both the trial and appellate levels.
