Ms. Lafayette is known for her passion for promoting commercial real estate and economic development in the Greater Richmond region and her thoughtful client service. Ms. Lafayette works closely with individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to help them navigate complex legal issues with clarity and confidence. Prior to joining Roth Jackson, Ms. Lafayette worked in the commercial real estate field, served on young professional boards for local nonprofits, and earned the Carrico Center Pro Bono Certificate from the University of Richmond School of Law.
