We are very excited to welcome Tim S. Feehan as a Member of RJGC. Tim represents businesses and professionals in business transaction and litigation matters. He advises clients on business formation, acquisition, and sale alternatives; labor, employment, and personnel issues; and real estate and equipment purchases and financing.
Tim has trial experience is vast and includes cases involving commercial contracts and leases, shareholder disputes, employment discrimination and wrongful termination, probate and trust claims, fiduciary and power of attorney misconduct, and tax refund and controversy claims.
He has also been the author of the Virginia chapter in State Wage and Hour Laws, BNA Books, since 2004 and speaks frequently on employment and business issues.
