The Richmond Times-Dispatch recently reported on the approval by the Henrico County Board of Supervisors on August 14, 2018, of a mixed-use development on approximately 79 acres in Henrico County, Virginia. The proposed development will include 273 dwelling units and approximately 13 acres of commercial areas. The commercial development along Williamsburg Road also received approval for a 24-hour convenience store and a fast-food drive-through restaurant. The proposed residential units are a mix of single family detached patio homes and townhomes with a varying blend of sizes and garage features.
