Prior to joining Roth Jackson, Mr. Smith was an associate at a prominent Florida firm practicing civil litigation, focusing on the areas of employment, civil litigation defense, and construction. During that time, Mr. Smith represented numerous companies from a wide array of industries, and ranging in size from local to national. He worked on a number of complex cases and was instrumental in equitably resolving disputes outside of the courtroom while obtaining favorable results for his clients.
