Jared B. Anderson is of Counsel at Roth Jackson. Mr. Anderson focuses on land use and local government law. He has advised and represented numerous local governments, both large and small, on a myriad of issues.

Prior to joining Roth Jackson, Mr. Anderson was a land use attorney with the West Virginia University, College of Law, Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic. He has experience developing subdivision regulations, zoning ordinances, comprehensive plans, and is well-versed in local government issues including open meeting laws, floodplain management, brownfields, and broadband.

Mr. Anderson has presented on numerous land use law/planning topics throughout the east coast. Mr. Anderson is also a certified planner with several years of experience as a local government and private consultant planner.
